Te Ora 101

Te Ora 101 is our Foundations Course.
This consists of 3 sessions designed to teach you the basic Technique/skills movements of Crossfit. This a compulsory step for everyone new to Crossfit, regardless of physical ability or experience. In order for you to increase your workload in the gym, you need to be moving efficiently, safely and have a good understanding of the different techniques. This course will give you that.
