Crossfit is for everybody and every Body.

Crossfit is for everybody. From people interested in general fitness right through to Elite athletes. CrossFit workouts are made up of constantly varied functional movements (Squatting, Pushing, pulling, Running, Jumping, Lifting) performed at High intensity. We are different in many ways from your standard globo Gym. You will not see any machines at Te Ora – You are the machine!! We use a range of equipment such as Kettlebells, Ropes, Barbells, Medicine balls and dumbells. All of our workouts are scalable to the athlete’s fitness level- A beginner can complete the same workout alongside a veteran by scaling the movements, load and intensity. Intensity is King in CrossFit, this is where we go to get results!

Te Ora’s programming aims to improve our members capacity across the ten recognized fitness domains – Speed, Strength, Coordination, Flexibility, Stamina, Balance, Endurance, Agility, Power and Accuracy.

Because we rarely do the same workout twice there is less likelihood of you losing interest or getting bored than if you were doing the same chest day/leg day/ arm day routine at your normal gym 4 days a week. You will have one of our awesome coaches guiding you through each and every session to make sure you’re safe and to give you an extra push when required.
